Chapter 3- Chup Chup Ke
Next day Ramnath was at the Tiwari kila early in the morning.
"Namaskar Tiwariji. Kaise hai aap?" Ramnath touched Nanu's feet.
"Bas theek hoon. Chal rha hai. Ab umar ho gai hai." Nanu smiled.
"Kaisi baatein kar rhe hai aap Tiwariji. Abhi toh aapko Suman ki shadi bhi toh karani hai phir apni bachiyon ke bache bhi dekhne hai aur aap aisi baatein kar rahe hai." Said Ramnath.
"Suman ki shadi... Bas issi baat ki tension rehti hai muje. Mere baad koi toh hona chahiye uske liye." Nanu sighed.
"Waise mai issi baare mein baat karne aaya tha Tiwariji." Ramnath said.
"Suman ki shadi ke baare mein? Kya?" Asked Nanu confused.
"Ji vo agar aapko aitraaz na ho toh mai apne Shravan ke liye Suman ka haath mangna chahta hoon." Ramnath smile as he kept his hand on Nanu's hand.
"Shravan aur Suman?" Nanu asked confused again.
"Ji vo bachon ne toh humein kuch nai kaha par dono itne aache dost hai. Ek dusre ke bina reh nai sakte. Toh maine socha ki..." Ramnath said.
"Shravan se baat ki tumne?" Asked Nanu.
"Ji uski toh haa hai" Ramnath said.
"Mai Suman se puch leta hoon. Muje iss rishte se koi problem nai hai. Shravan toh mere bacche jaisa hai." Nanu smiled.
Nanu called Suman and told her about the whole proposal by Ramnath. Suman looked at Ramnath surprised. He smiled and gestured her to say yes.
"Ji Nanu jaisi aapki marzi" Suman smiled showing the least excitement she could.
Suman ran away inside to her room and danced like a crazy woman. Finally Shravan was going to be hers.
"Arre Shravan ne muje iss sab ke baare kuch nai bataya. Ab tak I love you bhi nai bola. That means ki ye rishta Ramnath uncle laaye hai and oh my god. I can't go through this torche again. Jo hona hai hone do." Suman sighed.

Shravan woke up late today. As soon as he got down he saw Ramnath distributing sweet.
Pushkar came and put one penda in his mouth saying "congratulations bhaiya ab hamari shaadi saath hogi."
A shocked Shravan look at Ramnath to which he only winked.
Shravan then realised what happened and happily ate all the mithais that came his way.
After a while he realised, "SUMO shit" he ran upstairs to call her.
"Sumo muje maar dalegi. I love you toh bola nai seedhi shaadi. I need to tell her. She deserves it. Aaj hi nai lagega iska phone." Shravan sighed.

The day passed quickly no one left Shravan and Suman alone. They had seem each other's miss calls but could not contact due to their families.
It was 11 in the night and Suman's phone was now coming swiched off.
"Brilliant. Just brilliant!! I can't even say I love you to my to be wife. " Shravan sat down on his bed after trying to call Sumo the 10th time.
"Ye idiot muje call kyu nai kar rha. Seedha Ramnath uncle ko bhej diya ? Shit I think Shravan ko puche bina Ramnath uncle yaahan aa gaye? This is so confusing." Suman whines looking at phone and suddenly realised that it ran off its battery.
"Oh no" screamed Suman.
"I can't take this anymore. I have to see Sumo." Stood up Shravan determined.
Suman heard a knock on the door. It was their special knock.
Suman ran to the door to find Shravan waiting the other side. This was new they were best friends the last time they met and now to be married.
They just looked at each other smiling so sweetly as if they were seeing each other for the first time.
"Hi" Shravan said cutely smiling understanding the awkwardness suddenly.
"Hi?" Suman said more off in a questioning way.
"Hi jiju" Preeti rushed from behind.
"Hi Preeti kaisi ho? Sab tyaariyan kaisi chal rai hai?" Shravan asked sweetly eyeing Suman.
For the first time in his life he could feel that Suman could not meet his eyes. She was shy.
Suman had been waiting to meet him since so long. She had also decided how to scold him what all to tell him but now when he was here she was silent. She could not speak. These new feelings were all over her right now after seeing Shravan.
Suman just smiled how cutely was he discussing the wedding day with Preeti. He is always so comfortable with my family like it is his own.
"He is mine" Suman smiled shyly to herself.
Shravan was noticing all these. This was so new to see Sumo shy that too of him. Was his presence making her so shy? So happy?. He so loved this tongue tied Sumo. How could he not have some fun.
Preeti got Pushkar's call and she went inside.
Sumo was still standing distant to him. He wondered why. Shravan just held her hand and took her to her room.
"I was here to tell you something" Shravan said.
"That we're getting married?" Suman looked into his eyes and then looked down again in shyness.
"Damn ye kya ho rha hai. Sumo ye Shravan hai apna Shravan. Why are you so shy!" Suman thought to herself.
Suman rested her back to the nearby wall for support. These new feelings were giving her goosebumps.
Shravan was loving this new Sumo.
"Muje nai pata tha ki Sumo aise sharma bhi sakti hai." Shravan said as he came near her amd blocked her between him and the wall.
"Shravan..tum kuch kehne aaye the" Suman was tongue tied.
"But I think tum janti ho warna aise sharmati kyu." He spoke in her ears nearing her more if possible.
"Iska matlab tum nai kahoge?" She looked up disappointed.
"Aisa puppy face banaogi toh kehna hi padega na" He said almost hugging her body.
"What is with this man" Suman thought to her herself.
"Shravan please..." She said moving slightly.
"Darr lag raha hai Suman Tiwari ko?" He smirked.
"Agar tum saath ho toh muje kaise darr lag sakta hai Shravan Malhotra?" She looked into his eyes affectionately.
They looked at each other and smiled. They touched their foreheads together finally believing that they were together. Now, forever.
"Di!! Jijuuu!! Maa uth gai hai agar aap dono ko dekh liya toh problem ho jayegi." Preeti said softly from outside.
Shravan kissed Suman's forehead and left thanking Preeti for taking care outside.
Finally Shravan & Suman were together and they could not thank god enough for it.
"I love you Suman"
"I love you Shravan"
Both shyly spoke to themselves and slept peacefully.
