Chapter 3- Tumhe Koi Dekhe Toh Jaalta Hai Dil
The main event organizer was seeing off the pathewalas at the exit when Sanjana also came out.
"Inn se miliye..ye hai hamari aaj ki star choreographer! Sanjana beta well done!!" Said the organizer
"Thank you sir" She smiled back.
The family smiled at her and she also did the same. The organizer left as someone called him making everything even more awkward. Ajay had nothing to say for right now after the way she shut him up.
"Sanjana Chachii" shouted Samar from the car.
Samar came out of the car and hugged Sanjana tightly. She responded to him with equal attachment.
The family was happy as well as sad for the moment. They had realized the mistake they had made.
"Kaisa hai mera Samar? Padhai kaisi chal rai hai?" Asked Sanjana cutely.
"Chal rai hai chachi. Aap hote toh homework mein bahut easy padta. Par aap yahaan kyu ho aapko toh chachu ke saath hamare saath hona chahiye na? Bhushan chachu aur Sherya chachi ki tarah!" Asked Samar.
Sanjana was in tears. How in the world was she to explain this little soul about everything.
"Beta.. Sab mein aisa nai hota.. Ab toh mai shayad aapki chachi bhi nai rahi par phir bhi aap mere favraite ho" she kissed him.
" mai samja nai" he said.
"Aap jab bade ho jaoge na tab sab samaj jaoge.. Thik hai?" She asked.
"Thik hai" he replied.
"Abhi aap jao..phir milenge!" She said as the family was about to leave.
"Namate" Sanjana said smiling as she walked to a nearby tree.
"Hum tumhe kahin chod de?" Ajay asked
"Nahi main kisi ka wait kar rai hoon. Thank you!" She said quickly.
Just as Ajay sat inside he saw a bike coming near Sanjana. She sat on the bike smiling. She kept her hands on Raj's shoulders.
Ajay had never been so jealous. She said no to him for another guy. That was the limit for him. He needed to know everything about the man.
Suddenly they saw the bike coming towards them.
"Hi! I'm Raj.. I'm the event manager of todays event by the way." Raj introduced himself to the family.
"Hi!" They said awkwardly as they had no idea why this guy had suddenly come to them out of nowhere.
"Actually here some curfew is going on. I think koi danga hua hai. Its not really safe. Mai shortcuts jaanta hoon. Aap muje follow karle. Waise bhi Sanju ka ghar raste mein hi padta hai. Aapka hotel thoda hi aage hai wahaan se." Raj said.
Ajay was continuously staring at Sanjana's hand on Raj's shoulders. Amar looked at Ajay and somehow managed the conversation not making it awkward.
"Ji! Thank you so much! Hum aapko follow karte hai." Said Amar smiling
"Speed zara zyaada rakhna aur koi roke toh mat rukna. Its too late." Said Raj.
"Tum pakde rakhna" he said to Sanjana to which she nodded.
Raj went ahead with Sanjana while the car followed them. There were some mawalis around but the shortcuts made them avoid a lot of danger.
Just as they reached Sanjana's house Raj realized there was no point going ahead as the people would harm their vehicles if not them.
"Sanju aage nai jaa payenge" said Raj.
"Sabko upar laa. Aage koi nai jaayega" Sanjana said as she moved towards her building.
Raj stoped and went to the car to inform the pathewalas. They were delighted by Sanjana's idea.
Ajay was on top of the world. He was going to stay with her after so long.
The door was open as everyone reached up. It was a large 3 bedroom hall kitchen house but small for so many people.
Sanjana served everyone with water. They looked around the house. She had a good keeping sense. Nani went and hugged her in the kitchen. She reciprocated.
"I missed you!" Nani said.
"Mee too Nani" Sanjana was teary eye.
It was already late.
"Aap sab bade kamre mein so jaaye hum bacche bahar adjust kar lenge." Sanjana finally said.
Sanjana was was in the kitchen weeping. She felt a hand on her shoulder.
"Sanjana Bhabhi, aap kyu sabko punish kar rahe ho? Ajay bhaiya ko aur apne aap ko? Hum sabko pata hai aap dono ek dusre se kitna pyaar karte ho." Said Avni
"Avni, kabhi kabhi kuch faisle aapko dil se nai dimaag se lene padte hai. Ajay ne hamesha muje galat samjha hai. Aur ab nai saha jayega." Sanjana completed and left.
Raj made arrangements in the hall and everyone slept as it was tiring for all.
"Thanks yaar" Sanjana said.
"Anytime yaar.. Par mai kahan soyu?" Raj made a face.
"Jaa kitchen mein sojaa" Sanjana laughed.
"Okay! I'm too tired.. Goodnight!" Raj hugged her. She hugged him back.
Ajay saw it from behind and turned the other way.
Sanjana went to the balcony and went through the events of the day.
"Was this any kind of sign?" She wondered.
"Jab mann mein uljanein badh jaayein kisi ke saath share kar leni chahiye" Ajay said as he stood beside her in the balcony.
They were not facing each other. They were randomly looking out from the balcony.
"Mere mann mein koi uljanein nai hai Ajay. Uljanein toh pehle thi. Batani bhi chahi par kisine suni hi nai." Said Sanjana.
"Tab nai toh ab sahi." Ajay replied.
"Muje tumhe kuch nai batana." Sanjana said.
"Haan tum kyun bataogi? Koi aur jo mil gaya dukh dard batne" Ajay said Jealously in his tone.
Sanjana looked at him with slight tears in her eyes. His eyes had tears too. Without saying a word she moved towards the hall and slept beside Avni & Mishri.
Ajay looked at her leaving. He also silently went near Ayush and slept.
Sanjana could not sleep the whole night. She went near Ajay and played with his hair for a while. She smiled at how innocent he looked while he was sleeping. A lone tear escaped her eye and fell on Ajay's face. She didn't realize. She just stood up and went to get freshen up as she knew sleep would never come to her today. Anyways it was already dawn.
As Sanjana left Ajay smiled. He had a sensitive sleep. He woke up just by her touch. This made him even more motivated and positive about getting Sanjana back in his life.
Ajay went towards the washroom and opened the door to find Sanjana in a tiny bathrobe. She was about to shout when Ajay covered her mouthand closed the door behind him.
"Shhh... Koi jaag gaya toh kya sochega.. Shh!!" Ajay said lightly
"What the heck! Tum aisa kaise andar aa sakte ho?" Sanjana said slowly.
"Aree...tumhe bhi lock karna chahiye na..agar koi aur aa jata toh?" Ajay asked
"Koi aur matlab kya? Tumhe bhi nai aana chahiye tha.. Knock kar sakte the na?" She replied angry.
"Matlab mai toh tumhara pati hoon na... Aur subah subah mai itna nai sochta" he replied cheekily.
Sanjana was about to give him back when they heard a knock.
"Koi hai?" They heard Nani.
"Mai kaise bhul gai Nani bhi toh jaldi uthti hai...ab hum kya kare?" She asked.
"Kholte hai aur kya." He said matter of factly and opened the door.
Nani was shocked to see them together. She smiled slyly.
"Mai dusra washroom use kar leti hoon" Nani left.
"Out! You just wanted to embarrass me!! Bahar pade kapde pass kar dena." Sanjana ordered in her usual style.
"Toh aur kya karta mai? Haad karti ho tum" he said irritated.
He went outside but came back and whispered
"By the way iss bathrobe mein badi hot lag rai ho"
She immediately turned the other way.
"Make sure no one else sees you this way" he said passing her clothes and left with a smirk.
After 2 hours everyone had woken up and freshen up. Everything was fine now so the pathewalas were ready to leave.
"Raj tu jaake driver ko bolna ki gaadi nikale aur usse directions de de please" said Sanjana as she cane outside in hall where everyone was present.
"Okay..I'll see you at work then" Raj said to Sanjana as he left.
"Dekhiye, muje aap mein se kisi se koi shikayat nai hai. Ajay tumse bhi nai. Meri zindagi jaisi bhi hai meri bevakoofiyon ki vajah se hai iss baat ka muje ehsaas hai. Mai aage bath gai hoon. I hope aap bhi aage badh gaye hai. Mai sirf itna kehna chahti hoon ki muje kisise koi problem yaa narazgi nai hai. Par pehle jaisa sab hona bhi possible nai hai" with that Sanjana folded her hands.
"Hum kuch keh toh nai sakte bas itna kehna chahenge ki ek baar aur sochna" said Mamiji as she kept her hand on her head with her blessings.
Everyone left and so did Sanjana's courage. She was hurt still hurt. And now atleast she could cry her heart out.
This all was silently noticed by Raj as he had come up to ask something work related to Sanjana. He understood she needed her time so left from there silently.
